• KAFEL Digital Lab: Mobile application development and digital solutions, including mobile applications available on Google Play and other platforms.

3. ELIGIBILITY & AGE RESTRICTION

Our services are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

4. MOBILE APPLICATIONS

KAFEL Digital Lab develops and publishes mobile applications designed to enhance daily lifestyle and personal style. These applications are user-centric and focus on positive lifestyle enhancement.

• Active Developers: We are active developers on Google Play and other mobile platforms.
• User-Centric Design: Our applications are designed with the user experience at the center of development.
• Regular Updates: We provide regular updates and improvements to our mobile applications based on user feedback.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All rights, title, and interest in and to our services, including our website, mobile applications, content, designs, logos, and brand name "KAFEL" are owned by KAFEL or our licensors.

We reserve all rights, including without limitation, all intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights, in connection with our services.

6. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Use our services for any commercial purpose without our express written consent
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or hack our mobile applications or website
• Use any automated system to access our services in a manner that sends more request messages than a human could reasonably produce
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

7. BEAUTY & GROOMING SERVICES

When booking and using our beauty and grooming services:

• Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation
• Cancellation policies apply as communicated at the time of booking
• Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise arranged
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. KAFEL DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KAFEL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Norway.
